Synergy Terms of Service
By making a purchase from the Synergy Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are in place to protect both the server and its community.
Purchases
- All products are digital and delivered in-game.
- Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you select the correct product before checkout.
Payments & Chargebacks
- Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited.
- Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban from Synergy Practice, including the removal of purchased items.
- If there is an issue with your purchase, contact our support team before opening a dispute.
Ranks & Features
- Purchased ranks grant cosmetic and gameplay perks, not competitive advantages.
- Rank perks may be modified or removed at any time to maintain server balance.
- Exploiting or abusing rank features may result in punishment or rank revocation without compensation.
Server Conduct
- All players must follow the in-game rules regardless of purchase status.
- Store purchases do not exempt players from punishments or rule enforcement.
Service Availability
- Access to the server and store features is not guaranteed at all times.
- BerryPvP reserves the right to perform maintenance, resets, or changes as needed.
Rights Reserved
- Synergy staff reserve the right to revoke access to store products if these terms or server rules are violated.
- These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without notice.
